Terms of Service

For Character Design Commissions

1. DO NOT use my artwork for anything related to cryptocurrency and AI sampling.2. Please BE ACTIVE. I will need constant feedback to develop your character.3. Unlimited revisions under these conditions; no sudden big revision after nearly finishing the character, no going back and forth between options.4. For design services, you need to pay 50% up front. The rest will be paid after the design is approved. Local payment via Bank Transfer, and International payment via PayPal.5. For commercial orders, clients can request the design for the character sheet (Theme, color, layout). For personal orders, clients will get the plain white character sheet.6. First come first served, One order will take 1-2 months depending on the complexity of it. If you have a custom deadline we can discuss it first. Rush fee will be applied if you want me to finish in under 1 month.7. Personal order clients can always buy the full commercial license anytime in the future.8. There will be no refunds unless I couldn't finish your order.9. I will be using the artwork in my portfolio. Please tell me if you don't want me to do so.10. Further agreement can be discussed. Commission Process

For Character Design Commissions

1. Please DM me through Discord, Twitter, Instagram, or email me to place your order.2. Once your order is confirmed, you need to pay 50% up front within 24 hours. If you fail to pay within the allotted time, I will cancel your order so I can work on other commissions.3. I will send you progress throughout the process of designing. PLEASE BE ACTIVE as I need your feedback to progress further.4. Once the design is approved, you'll have to pay the rest of the price. I will only continue rendering your character if you have fully paid.5. I will start working on the artwork while continuously updating you on the progress, you can request small revisions in this phase.6. Once I'm done rendering, I will send you a watermarked preview. For commercial clients, you can request character sheet design in this phase.7. I will give you the character sheet (watermarked and non) through Google Drive and it's done!PS. Please note that I will eventually delete the artwork from GDrive to save space. Please immediately download the artwork to your device, thank you!
